MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE

WILLIAMSON COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. ONE

The Board of Commissioners of the Williamson County Emergency Services District No. One (ESD) will hold a scheduled meeting at 6:30PM on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at the Jollyville Volunteer Fire Station at 9218 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, Texas 78729.

THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:
    I. Call to order.
   II. Establishment of a quorum.
  III. Receipt of public comments or communication.
  IV. Review and approval of minutes of previous meeting of the board.
   V. Old business.
        A. Discussion and follow-up of previous minutes.
  VI. New business agenda items.
        A. Public Hearing for Proposed 2006 Tax Rate.
 VII. Adjournment.

This notice will be posted in places convenient to the public within the District, i.e., at the two Jollyville Volunteer Fire Stations at 9218 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, Texas 78729 and 12507 Mellow Meadow Drive, Austin, Texas 78750.
