Jollyville Hosts Annual Banquet

The 32nd annual awards banquet for the Jollyville Fire Department was held on the evening of April 7th. Despite the unusually cold temperatures, the turnout was large and jovial. The banquet was held at the Avery Ranch Golf Club. Awards were given out for Firefighter of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Chris Hanger EMS Responder of the Year, John Golding Leadership Award, Volunteer Response and Length of Service.

A special thank you to Cedar Park Fire Department Engine 2 who covered the district allowing the on duty crews to attend the banquet. Also, a special thanks to Avery Ranch for being such gracious hosts, and to Assistant Chief Landi for taking care of all the little details for the get together.
