Vehicle Fire For ‘B’ Shift

‘B’ Shift firefighters responded to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the Westwood Apartments. Reports to 911 were of a vehicle next to a building completely engulfed. Luckily, upon arrival, the vehicle was found to be parked next to an exterior fence, with a working fire in the engine compartment. One line was pulled and the vehicle and fence were quickly extinguished.
Firefighters remained on scene for approximately 30 more minutes to help the family that owned the car remove personal items and salvage what they could. Deputies from the Williamson County Sheriff’s office were also on scene to help.
