Support Member Info


Those who wish to volunteer with the Jollyville Volunteer Fire Department (JVFD) may apply for an support member position.

Entry Requirements:

Membership in JVFD will not be limited by any sort of discrimination including those regarding race, sex, age (except as below), religion or national origin. Any person may apply for membership who (is):

  1. Over the age of 18 years
  2. Resides within five miles of the boundaries of the area covered by JVFD

Maintaining Membership:

  • Attend all Monday night training meetings
  • The training schedule is available on the website under the “TRAINING” tab

The process begins by prospective members attending a scheduled Monday night training.  There they can ask questions, observe trainings and look around.  If, after attending multiple Monday night trainings, the prospective member decides they would like to move forward with the process, they can then request an application.

Membership applications may be picked up from the Jollyville Station during normal business  hours or via email by request.
